1. Local Sponsorship

When starting a business in Dubai, depending on the nature of your business, you might need a local sponsor. There are three types of local sponsorship, and based on the activities of your business, if you require a local sponsor, you will need one of the following:  

• Individual Sponsorship: A local individual will be your sponsor, and will hold the 51% shares and liabilities of the company. The sponsor can give the client power of attorney over the shares in exchange for a sponsorship fee. 

• Corporate Sponsorship: An Emarati (locally) owned company will be your sponsor, and will hold the 51% shares and liabilities of the company. Similar to individual sponsors, a corporate sponsor will charge you a sponsorship fee. 

• Local Service Agents: Local service agents will represent you locally. for example, your local service agent will be your representative when dealing with government entities. A local service agent does not hold any shares or liabilities in your company. Similar to individual and corporate sponsors, a local service agent will charge you a sponsorship fee.

2. Obtaining Licenses and Permits & Work Visas ​

After you have found a suitable sponsor, you will need to obtain all relevant licenses and permits depending on the nature of your business. Our team will also assist you in ensuring all your employees attain legal work permits and visas to stay in the U.A.E.

3. Office Space 

It is very important for a business to have an office in a great location. At Panorama, we can provide you with an office or a work desk in the heart of Dubai, with the view of Deira Port.

4. IT Services 

Alongside the office space, we will provide you with a Personal Computer (PC), printer, scanner, internet, and landline. We will also take care of maintenance and software installations & updates.
